{"id":390,"date":"2012-09-04T03:12:58","date_gmt":"2012-09-04T02:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.tristanhoffmann.de\/blog\/?p=390"},"modified":"2013-08-19T07:27:03","modified_gmt":"2013-08-19T06:27:03","slug":"3-monts-in-peru-conclusion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.tristanhoffmann.de\/?p=390","title":{"rendered":"3 monts in Peru &#8211; conclusion"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today I\u2019m heading back, so it\u2019s a good time to sum up my time in Peru\u00a0 It was a magnificient experience and I hope to return one day!<\/p>\n<p>Awesome things I did:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Paragliding in Lima<\/li>\n<li>Going from Lima to Huancayo (330 km), a 12-hour ride on the second highest train in the world and walking around at 4800 meters at the Galera station<\/li>\n<li>Couchsurfing for my first time (it was a really incredible experience!)<\/li>\n<li>Eating more fish than in my complete life before<\/li>\n<li>Dramatically improving my Spanish<\/li>\n<li>Hiking at up to 5100 meters in Huaraz<\/li>\n<li>Exploring a part of the Amazon rainforest<\/li>\n<li>Taking 8 long-distance buses and spending almost 100 hours on them (the longest ride was Lima-&gt;Cuzco, which took about 22 hours)<\/li>\n<li>Getting to know another culture and too many awesome people to count<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I could definitely write a lot more, but that\u2019ll be it for now.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today I\u2019m heading back, so it\u2019s a good time to sum up my time in Peru\u00a0 It was a magnificient experience and I hope to return one day!
